Countryside Village Retirement Community, Inc. offers two payment
arrangements entitled Plan I and Plan
II.
Plan I: is a monthly fee arrangement,
available only with the Countryside apartments. Members who enter
Countryside Village under Plan I may later switch to Plan II if
they desire. If so, the effective membership fee at the time is
due when a member changes to Plan II.

Plan II: is a traditional
membership fee/monthly fee arrangement. The membership fee is a
one time fee, paid in full when your new home is selected and your
contract becomes effective. The membership fee is refundable as
specified below in the Refunds section.

Prices Effective: January 1, 2007
*Cottage prices do not include the daily meal plan. The cost of
an individual meal is $7.00.
*In addition to the Membership Fee, a Construction Premium of up
to $10,000 will be charged for any cottage that has had a substantial
addition, such as a Florida room.
Refunds
The membership fee is refundable if vacancy occurs:
- During First Year - 50% Refund
- During Second Year - 25% Refund
- There is no refund after second year.
Please Note:
For pet owners, persons who smoke or those who use battery-powered
scooters, there is an initial, non-refundable $500 reconditioning
fee; $250 for each additional condition.
