Assisted Living Criteria for Admission:
In order for a person to be admitted to the Assisted Living Unit, the resident must be able to do the following:

• Eat and drink unassisted
• Ambulate to areas within the facility with little or no assistance
• Care for own toileting needs

The resident must not exhibit behaviors that are disruptive or that cause harm to self or others, such as wandering.

Daily Rates: (265 sq. ft. rooms with private bathroom, including shower)

Services Provided Within the Daily Rates:

• Three (3) meals daily in dining room
• Housekeeping and laundry daily
• Administration of medications
• Assistance, as needed, in dressing and bathing (Whirlpool bathing is available)
• Activities directed by an activity professional
  
• Supervision of care by professional nurses
  
• Monitoring of medical and nursing needs
  
• Emergency nursing care
• Quarterly Assessment and Care Plans by professional staff

Services Available With Additional Charge:

• Hair care by a professional beautician
• Dental care by a dentist
• Medical care by a physician
• The obtaining of specimens for diagnostic studies
• Cable TV & Telephone
• Transportation
